Gli Slabs nascono nel febbraio 2008 dallo scioglimento dei Road Rules, band punk-rock formata da: voce (anonimo), chitarra (Michele Antonio Cuba) e batteria (Michele Giordano) e con la partecipazione del bassista (Mattia Amodeo). L'attuale formazione degli Slabs vede gli stessi componenti con l'ufficializzazione del bassista come componente effettivo e la sostituzione del vecchio cantante con l'introduzione dell'innovativo batterista-cantante. La band inizia le proprie esibizioni dal vivo, proponendo un vasto repertorio di cover punk-rock per alcuni mesi, facendosi notare in vari locali della città per il loro sound e il loro look... Attualmente, dopo una breve pausa riflessiva, la band si ritrova con nuove energie ed ispirazioni, cominciando ad interpretare con il proprio stile brani cover e dedicandosi alla creazione di brani propri sfruttando le influenze di ogni componente.


English Version The Slabs were born on February 2008 by the dissolution of Road Rules, punk-rock band formed by: voice (anonymous), guitar (Michele Antonio Cuba) and drums (Michele Giordano) and with the participation of the bassist (Mattia Amodeo). The current training of Slabs is made up by the same components with the official bassist as a effective component of the band and the replacement of the old singer with the introduction of the innovative drummer-singer. The band begins its live performances, offering a wide repertoire of punk-rock cover for some months, taking note of several pubs and bars in the city for their sound and look ...
